2009 has given a lot of value for our product. We got some good feedback about how the product helped customers expand their business even in midst of an economic slump. Zoho Projects 2.0 release was aimed towards getting things done (GTD) faster so you spend quality time at work which adds more value for a work-life balance.
Apart from the major 2.0 release we also added features like Collaborate via Email, Task Details Page, Developer API for Projects. Integrating various Google based applications has been a trend at Zoho and we too followed this by integrating Zoho Projects for Google Apps.

Zoho Projects 'My Work Calendar' has iCal & gCal links at the bottom of the page. These links can be used to synchronize with external calendars like Google Calendar, iCalendar and Sunbird.

Some users would prefer to have their company logo and powered by logo instead of Zoho Projects logo, which is displayed by default in the login page i.e when you try logging-in via your portal URL.
If you are one among the users, who wish to change the logo, go to settings -- company profile -- upload logo section and upload your company logo.
Similarly, go to settings -- company profile -- upload powered by logo section and upload the required powered by logo.
Here's a small note for you. Make sure that the logo, powered by logo you are about to upload is as per the specified dimensions.

The various features have the feel of dedicated desktop apps, and are quite responsive. User navigation of the site is accomplished through a convenient top menu bar with tabs. There is no advertising displayed on the Zoho Projects site.
Zoho Projects is recommended to any group or organization who has need of an online collaboration tool. The service is ideal for groups or organizations which are geographically diverse or which employ a lot of freelance contractors. There are quite a few options associated with tasks in Zoho Projects and we shall have a look at them.
Move a task from one task list to another
You can mouse over, over the required task and click the move task icon.

Select the required task list (from the 'Task Lists' drop down) and click 'Move Task' button.

Make a copy of an existing task including the task owner(s) and duration
You can click the 'Copy Task' option displayed below the last task under a task list,

Select the task (from the Tasks drop down) that has to be copied, enter number of times the task has to be copied and click 'Copy Task' button.

Have the tasks displayed in the way you would like to have them
You can click the 'Reorder' option displayed to the right of Copy Task option,

Drag and drop the tasks in a sequence you wish to have and click 'Save Order' option.
