Of late, Zoho Projects customers have been inquiring 'how to import MPP files into Zoho Projects'

So, we decided to enlighten our customers about Import MPP feature, by posting the steps along with the images.

Import MPP option on the Home Page

Browse for the MPP file

Browse for the required MPP file, select the project to which the MPP file has to imported and click the Import MPP button.

Mapping Users

You can map the tasks to 'Any User', so that the project members can pick the tasks later or assign the tasks to the project members & click 'Associate Users' button.

Tasks in Zoho Projects

There you go! The tasks are now imported from MPP file into Zoho Projects.

Similarly, you can import MPX files into Zoho Projects.
